Description
This is a stunningly beautiful quilt made entirely out of Cathedral Window squares. Each square is arranged to create an intricate pattern using black, white, and beige floral prints that are hand-sewn onto a white background.
Measurements:
Queen (101″ W x 118″ L)
A queen mattress is 60″ wide and 80″ long, therefore this quilt would have a 20.5″ drop on each side.
All quilts are long enough to allow for a significant drop at the foot of the bed as well as a nice pillow tuck so there is no need for shams.
About This Pattern:
The Cathedral Window quilt pattern was inspired by the stained glass windows of historic churches and cathedrals. Each square is made using a folded patchwork technique which requires sewing by hand! A large quilt like this consists of hundreds of Cathedral Window squares.
