Description
A stunning use of the Bargello technique that creates the image of a 3-dimensional heart in contrasting grays and purples with lavender sashing and a black and purple floral, scalloped border. The backing features a matching pale purple lavender print.
Measurements:
Full/Double/Queen (92″ W x 112″ L)
A queen mattress is 60″ wide and 80″ long, therefore this quilt would have a 16″ drop on each side.
A full/double mattress is 54″ wide and 75″ long, therefore this quilt would have a 19″ drop on each side.
All quilts are long enough to allow for a significant drop at the foot of the bed as well as a nice pillow tuck so there is no need for shams.
About This Pattern:
Bargello patterns are based on a 500-year-old tapestry pattern. They are made by sewing together squares and rectangles which gradually change in size and create curves that come to a point.
