A beautiful runner made out of many, many Yo-yos in different Christmas-themed fabrics.

This short runner may be used as a decoration for a bed or a table.

About This Pattern:

Yo-yos can only made by hand by gathering up the edges of small circles of fabric and sewing them together to create a 3-dimensional effect. After many of them are made, they are hand-sewn together to create a spread. Yo-yos became popular during the Great Depression and World War II when quilters wanted to use every bit of their scrap fabrics as possible.
