This stunning quilt features a 9 patch pattern with hand-appliqued hearts.

Description
This stunning piece was made by a more confident quilter who only uses dark thread. If you look closely you can see her beautiful hand-stitching around each heart and chain of squares. The hearts are hand-cut from fabric and then hand-sewn to the top of the quilt on a pale beige background. The scrappy color palette includes maroons, olive greens, navy blue’s, and beige’s. This quilt has a cranberry border and the backing is a solid white.

Queen (96″ W x 106″ L)
A queen mattress is 60″ wide and 80″ long, therefore this quilt would have a 18″ drop on each side.
All quilts are long enough to allow for a significant drop at the foot of the bed as well as a nice pillow tuck so there is no need for shams.
About This Pattern:
The 9 Patch is made by sewing together nine small squares too create one big square. Hearts are then hand-cut and hand-sewn to the top of the quilt between each 9 Patch square.
