All of our quilts are hand sewn and they are one-of-a-kind pieces. As such, we hope you will take every effort to understand what you are buying, prior to completing your purchase. Here are some suggestions to ensure you are satisfied with your new piece:
- Carefully view the images on our website. There is a zoom function on each main photo which will allow you to see the detail of the quilt more closely.
- If you have any questions about the quilt you are considering, please call the shop and we would be happy to answer them, or provide additional information. Our number is 717-687-8439.
- We do provide a personal shopper service using an iPad and video. This allows us to connect and chat live. It’s a great way to ask more questions before completing your sale. To connect with us in this manner, please call the shop at 717-687-8439 and we can arrange a time to view your desired quilt (most likely at the time of the call unless we are serving customers in the shop at the time of your call).
Any exchanges must be made within 10 days of purchase and you must have your receipt.
We are sorry, but we cannot provide refunds for returned merchandise.
Here is what you need to know concerning shipping of your products.
- ORDER PROCESSING – All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- SHIPPING CONFIRMATION – You will receive another notification when your order has shipped that will include your tracking number.
- INSURANCE – All packages are insured for the full value of your sale, less tax and shipping fees
- SHIPPING METHODS / DELIVERY TIMES – Your shipping rate is calculated at checkout and is based on your zip code/town/city. You have the option to choose USPS or UPS shipping options at checkout. Shipping delivery times vary and are set by by shipper (USPS or UPS). Approximate delivery times are shown for each shipping option at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- PICKUP – If it is convenient for you, you may also choose to skip shipping and pick up your items at our showroom located at 2811 Lincoln Highway East, Ronks, PA 17572. You may pick up your purchases during normal business hours.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – We do ship outside the U.S. Please call to inquire about shipping options and pricing prior to making your online purchase. 717.687.8439.
- ORDER STATUS – Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You may use the provided tracking link to track your package delivery.
