The fabrics are primitive reproduction prints in burgundy, navy, cream, dark green. The border is burgundy with hand-appliqued stars anchoring each corner. The backing is a cozy flannel in dark green and navy houndstooth print. A sleeve is on the back for easier hanging. This quilt will bring cozy charm to your space whether you display this quilt on your wall or throw it over the back of the couch.

About This Pattern:
- The Log Cabin quilt pattern has a rich history that dates back to Abraham Lincoln’s presidential campaign. Women, who couldn’t vote at the time, used this pattern to show their support for Lincoln. During the days of the Underground Railroad, a Log Cabin quilt hanging in the window of a Northern home proudly signaled a safe house for escaping slaves.
